**Job Description: Field Executive - Just Dial**

**Location**: Mandya & Hassan

**Salary**: INR 18,000 to 25,000 per month

**Age**: Up to 35 years

**Experience**: 0 to 2 years

**Language**: Manageable English & Kannada

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to local businesses within Mandya and Hassan to promote Just Dial's advertising and listing services.
- Present and explain the benefits of our services to business owners, emphasizing how Just Dial can enhance their visibility and customer reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries and needs effectively.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Participate in regular training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Field Executive or in sales-related roles is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a proactive attitude and a desire to excel are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in both Kannada and manageable English.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel within Mandya and Hassan regions for client visits.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
