We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff (GSA). This role involves covering 3 to 4 villages, working within a direct-to-consumer (D to C) framework. GSA will play a critical role in generating daily indents, connecting with the community, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate within and manage the assigned 3 to 4 villages efficiently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the local community.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Field Officer (FO).

**Requirements**:

- Required to work 26 days per month.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of meeting daily targets consistently.
- Knowledge of the local area and community is a plus.
- Working in the D to C concept.

**Incentive-Based Compensation**:

- Earn ₹40 per unit generated
- Daily Incentive eligible for an additional ₹170 per day.

Pay: Up to ₹4,250.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
