Job Summary :We are seeking a driven and passionate Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist with minimum 2 years of experince to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by attracting top talent and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition specialist:-o Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and recruit high-caliber candidates across diverse channels, going beyond traditional job boards.o Partner with hiring managers to understand niche requirement criteria and grasp their specific needs to identify and filter suitable candidates.o Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.o Stay proactive in identifying potential solutions for talent acquisition challenges and continually evolve strategies based on market trends and data analysis.Employee Relations specialist-o Foster a positive and supportive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns promptly and empathetically, and managing employee emotions effectively.o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to build team spirit, enhance morale, and promote company culture.o Partner with leadership to handle employee relations issues and ensure a fair and harmonious workplace.o Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
