Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom

Position Summary:


You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. They also must ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in a company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.

You would be also managing the HR activities of the Manufacturing unit based in Hinjewadi, Pune and would support in attendance management, employee engagement and payroll.


Key Qualifications:


  • 5 years of end to end talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems.
  • A desire to research and stay current on relevant technical and business trends
  • Using tools like Linkedin/Naukri for sourcing resumes.


You will be responsible for :


  • Support recruitment process including, sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offer process.
  • Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing.
  • Establish a diverse pipeline of outstanding technical talent
  • Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
  • Demonstrate sourcing techniques using a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks
  • Provide excellent communication with external candidates, providing an outstanding candidate experience
  • Help build and improve existing processes to help the recruiting team scale
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
  • Managing the Attendance Management at the Pune Factory for employees
  • Periodical Employee Engagement of the Blue and White Collar Employees at the Factory
