Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

This individual will have a crucial role in shaping our future by attracting top talent and nurturing a positive and engaging work atmosphere.


Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Specialist:
-Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and enlist high-quality candidates through various channels, surpassing traditional job boards.-Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend specific niche requirement criteria and understand their distinct needs to pinpoint and screen suitable candidates.-Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding of new recruits.-Remain proactive in recognizing potential solutions for talent acquisition hurdles and adapt strategies continuously based on market trends and data analysis.

Employee Relations Specialist:-Cultivate a positive and supportive workplace by establishing solid relationships with employees, promptly and empathetically addressing their concerns, and managing employee sentiments effectively.-Create and execute employee engagement programs to foster team cohesion, boost morale, and uphold the company's culture.-Collaborate with leadership in managing employee relations matters and ensuring a just and amicable work environment.-Stay informed about pertinent labor laws and regulations to guarantee adherence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition and employee relations practice.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully recruiting exceptional talent within a similar industry.
  • Solid grasp of talent acquisition best practices and inventive approaches.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Aptitude for establishing trust and connection with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Sound judgment and comprehension of employee sentiments and potential career aspirations.
  • Robust analytical skills and proficiency in HR technology and applications.
