Cradlewise is a baby tech startup based out of San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune.We build smart baby products.

Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. They also must ensure that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in a company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.You would be also managing the HR activities of the Manufacturing unit based in Hinjewadi, Pune and would support in attendance management, employee engagement and payroll.

Key Qualifications:

5 years of end to end talent acquisition/recruiting experienceMaster’s Degree in Human Resources Management.Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems.A desire to research and stay current on relevant technical and business trendsUsing tools like /Naukri for sourcing resumes.

You will be responsible for :

Support recruitment process including, sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offer process.Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing.Establish a diverse pipeline of outstanding technical talentRecruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire.Demonstrate sourcing techniques using a wide variety of tools, technology, and networksProvide excellent communication with external candidates, providing an outstanding candidate experienceHelp build and improve existing processes to help the recruiting team scaleRepresent the company with integrity and professionalismMaintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as neededManaging the Attendance Management at the Pune Factory for employeesPeriodical Employee Engagement of the Blue and White Collar Employees at the Factory
