Job Summary:


We are seeking a driven and passionate Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist with minimum 2 years of experince to join our team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by attracting top talent and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition specialist:
-o Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and recruit high-caliber candidates across diverse channels, going beyond traditional job boards.


o Partner with hiring managers to understand niche requirement criteria and grasp their specific needs to identify and filter suitable candidates.

o Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.


o Stay proactive in identifying potential solutions for talent acquisition challenges and continually evolve strategies based on market trends and data analysis.


Employee Relations specialist-o Foster a positive and supportive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns promptly and empathetically, and managing employee emotions effectively.

o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to build team spirit, enhance morale, and promote company culture.

o Partner with leadership to handle employee relations issues and ensure a fair and harmonious workplace.

o Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to understand employee moods and potential future career plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software and tools.
