Position Title: Proposal & Business Strategy Intern
Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Working hours: 2 PM- 11PM IST / 5PM- 2AM IST
Employment Type: Internship convertible to PPO
Working days: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive support to Sales teams by leading the completion of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs ), leveraging technical expertise to craft compelling and competitive proposals.- Write, edit, and review technical sections of proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), maintaining a keen focus on clarity, coherence, and alignment with client requirements .- Craft compelling and precise proposals articulating problem statements, solutions, and the transformative impact of Techolution's AI-driven solutions on client challenges.- Contribute proposal-related projects aimed at enhancing the company's effectiveness in winning new business and retaining clients, emphasizing innovation and differentiation in proposal strategies.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, Enterprise Cloud, and Product Innovation, to develop tailored proposal strategies that effectively showcase the unique value proposition of our products and services.- Manage proposal budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness in development and production, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements and business objectives.- Take ownership of the proposal process from initial planning stages through to final delivery, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail throughout each stage of development.
