Mandatory Skills:Expertise in Finance and Accounting domain, Contact Centre domain, or either Insurance, Healthcare, or Human Resource domainLean Six Sigma certificationExperience in BPO, Digital & Process transformation, and Continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications:Master’s degree in Accounting, Chartered Accountant (Inter) or ICWA, MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldLean Six Sigma certificationPMP certification is a plus

Experience:Minimum 15 years in a global shared service environment/BPO with exposure to all aspects of the Record to Report process, including Reconciliations, GL accounting, Journal posting, period close, and consolidation activitiesExperience in Procure to Pay processes, including Accounts Payable, vendor master, and paymentsExperience in Order to Cash processes, including collection, cash application, and deduction managementHands-on experience in business process reengineering, target operating model, sourcing assessments, maturity assessments, and automation discoveryProven track record of driving design workshops and discovery sessions independently at various scalesExperience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs for clientsManaged internal and external stakeholders at various levels, including CXOs

Key Responsibilities:Utilize techniques like process mapping, procedure development, and documentationConduct cost-benefit analysis and return on investmentsAct as an SME in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, and Six SigmaCoach business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes by clarifying needs and providing effective solutionsBalance conventional and innovative approaches to deploy process improvementsSupport sales and presales teams in account mining and hunting new logosAssist in creating proposals, RFPs, and driving client conversationsManage pre-sales targets and TCV for the practiceConduct process assessments and design solutions utilizing RPA, IDP, Process Mining, and Gen AI
