At SAP, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals through innovative and effective business processes. As a Public Sector Business Process Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering advisory and implementation services to our customers in the public sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and designing business processes and solutions for our public sector customers
  • Analyzing and defining business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope projects and deliverables
  • Supporting feasibility studies and process design reviews, detailed planning of process implementation, and blueprinting for development requirements
  • Implementing, customizing, and testing solutions on client systems and developing client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Providing trusted advice and solutions to address business requirements and challenges for our public sector customers
  • Helping customers adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes, and implement optimized processes

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Ability to gather business requirements, identify core business processes, and implement current business applications
  • Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience, including 3+ years of public sector industry experience
  • Minimum 2-3 full cycle SAP implementation of public sector solutions like public budget formulation, tax and revenue management, collection and disbursements, funds management, grantor/grantee management, and procurement for public sector
  • Working knowledge and experience of contract accounting of any SAP industry-specific FI-CA application like utilities, telco, banking, insurance, or SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing
