About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Processes Consultant to join our Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice within SAP Solution Delivery Centre. As a Business Processes Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their HR digital transformation goals by leveraging SAP HXM solutions suite, including SuccessFactors, HCM, Employee Experience, Innovation, Intelligent technologies, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with the right solutions
  • Able to guide customers, both on-site and offshore, on SAP Best Practices for quick wins
  • Experience of working in remote delivery models
  • Application-specific solution consulting (for specific applications: creation of business blueprints/configuration workbooks, implementation based on blueprints, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live support)
  • Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews
  • Support of pre-sales activities
  • Leading and conducting requirement gathering workshops and trainings
  • Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
  • Develop and assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrating advanced/expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Support in escalated projects
  • Understands the Business Process Library approach and contributes to it
  • Acts as a coach for colleagues
  • Ability to lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP solution portfolios
  • Business Blueprinting/Requirement Gathering, Configuration/Customizing, Functional Specification preparation, Cut-Over-Planning, Documentation, Feasibility Study, Global Roll-Out, Testing, Training Consulting

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of application consulting experience
  • Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions – Employee Central Core, Benefits, and/or Talent modules
  • Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module
  • At least 2-3 end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM
  • Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
  • Good knowledge of HR business processes
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferable)
  • Understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • SF Integration knowledge would be a plus
  • EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus
