About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our Utilities Services Expert Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advisory and implementation services to Utilities customers, leveraging solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA for Utilities and related suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to provide solutions to complex customer requirements for Utilities business processes.
  • Closely work with Architects, Functional consultants, and business process owners to identify solution gaps and provide standard and custom solutions to fulfill the solution gaps.
  • Conduct workshops with the customer core team and IT team to analyze requirements and present solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents and develop WRIECF objects as per functional requirements.
  • Prepare test data for conducting unit testing of developed objects.
  • Follow development quality standards, guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Identify defects and fix defects to deliver high-quality objects.
  • Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs for strategic areas.
  • Define and maintain consulting services definitions and maintenance, and service delivery to customers.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements, current solution landscapes, and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from a customer perspective.
  • Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on Utilities solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years' total experience with 7-8 years of experience in e2e SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation projects as lead and team member.
  • Very good knowledge of Utilities Data model, hands-on experience on ABAP development of objects in Utilities modules like Billing & Invoicing DM, FICA, Customer Engagements.
  • Hands-on experience in working on Print workbench forms, Interface with third-party systems, workflows, reports, enhancements.
  • Knowledge on Machine Learning, CAI, Cloud Extension & Integration, and Innovation areas.
  • Hands-on experience in JAVA, UI5, WebUI, Fiori.
  • Good knowledge and experience in complete development life cycle.
  • Able to work as a team member in large projects in diverse cultures.
  • Skilled in managing senior customers as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving.

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years in Utilities developments.
  • Minimum 3 to 2 e2e implementation project experience in customer-facing roles.
