Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Of Employee Retention And Referral located in Noida. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain employees and enhance the referral program. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing retention metrics, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, implementing engagement initiatives, and overseeing reward programs. The role also involves collaborating with HR and management to devise effective retention strategies and improve the referral process.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience in the Dpmestic BPO industry is a MUST
- Strong analytical skills for analyzing retention metrics and employee satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and executing employee engagement and retention strategies
- Knowledge of reward and recognition programs
- Understanding of referral program best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
