Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Location: Noida

Type: Full-time

Experience: 4–6 years

What You’ll Do

• Own retention campaigns end-to-end: build, execute, and optimize journeys across email, WhatsApp, push, SMS, and in-app.

• Create segmentation and cohorts (new, active, dormant, high-value, churn-risk) and run targeted campaigns.

• Improve repeat purchase rate, churn %, DAU/MAU stickiness, subscription renewals, and LTV.

• Write and test high-converting copy, subject lines, hooks, and offers.

• Set up A/B experiments on messaging, design, and timing to lift CTR and conversions.

• Work directly in lifecycle tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, HubSpot). No outsourcing—hands-on execution is a must.

• Partner with Growth and Product teams to integrate retention tactics into app flows, referrals, and upsells.

• Deliver weekly dashboards on retention KPIs: cohort performance, churn trends, campaign ROI.

• Continuously experiment with nudges, gamification, rewards, and personalization to deepen user stickiness.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years in retention / lifecycle marketing at a consumer app, D2C brand, or subscription business.

• Proven track record of lifting repeat revenue and reducing churn at scale.

• Hands-on mastery of automation & CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar).

• Strong analytical chops: cohort analysis, RFM models, funnel breakdowns.

• Creative ability to craft engaging lifecycle messaging that converts.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
