Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Payomatix’s vision and business objectives. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to attract top fintech and tech talent. Drive employee engagement, retention, and growth through innovative HR practices. Oversee performance management, L& D &, and leadership development initiatives. Build a strong organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an HR Head/HR Manager, preferably in fintech, Saa S, or fastest-growing tech companies. Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
