Sales Manager

Job Description:Developing and implementing 'workable' sales strategies.Identifying new business opportunities using relevant research tools and methodologies.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new solutions within the realm of Mystery Shopping and competition statusGenerating leads and conversion of these leads into sales with the aid of 'kickass' Proposal documents; thus, achieving sales targets.Ensuring apt responses to prospective and existing client needs.
Qualifications we seek:Strong business development background and experience in sales; prior experience in the Mystery Shopping industry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs a self-starter... No external kickstarts required You must have exceptional negotiation and closing skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with CustomersSelf-motivated and target-oriented mindsetAbility to work well in a teamDemonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized and detail-orientedBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
