Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager for Chemical Products at Sudarshan Pharma Industries Limited. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals for Chemical Industry. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Should have Chemical Industry Experience
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is a plus
