JobDescription:
Asa BDM you will be working at Hyderabad concentrating on US ITStaffing. You will handle all aspects of1.Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients in the US IT staffingindustry.
  • Understand client needs anticipaterequirements and ensure customersatisfaction.

2.New Business Development:
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the US IT staffingmarket.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreastof industry trends and competitors.
  • Leverageyour existing relationships and network to open newbusiness.

3.Sales and Negotiation:
  • Lead salesefforts including proposal development presentations and contractnegotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto develop competitive pricingstrategies.

4.Strategic Planning:
  • Develop andimplement strategic plans to achieve business developmentgoals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations forenhancing market presence and revenuegrowth.

5.Team Collaboration:
  • Work closelywith the recruitment team to align business development effortswith staffing requirements.
  • Get involved incomplete recruitment cycle from sourcing toplacing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure seamless service delivery toclients.

6.Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate businessdevelopment activities.
  • Prepare regular reportson sales client interactions and markettrends.

7.Industry Networking:
  • Attendindustry events conferences and networking functions to build astrong professional network.
  • Represent thecompany positively and contribute to its reputation in the US ITstaffingsector.

8.Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and companypolicies.
  • Maintain accurate records of clientinteractions contracts and business developmentactivities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in businessdevelopment within the US IT staffingindustry.
  • Strong understanding of US ITstaffing processes and trends.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively andindependently in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Resultsoriented with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Open towork in US businesshours.

Experience
  • Atleast 5 years of Business Developmentexperience
  • 8 to 10 years of staffingexperience
  • Must have prior relationships withTier1 Partners / End Clients/ Implementation Partners with aconsistent track record of placements withthem.
