Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients within the digital marketing and technology sectors, specifically targeting those that could benefit from agency services.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal, ensuring a seamless integration of new clients with agency services.
  • Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships, focusing on the unique benefits that an agency setting can provide.
  • Present Koffeetech Communications’ services to prospective clients with compelling, tailored proposals that highlight the advantages of working with an established agency.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory, leveraging agency resources and capabilities to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress and forecast reports to internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing the contributions and impacts of agency services.
  • Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure that client needs are met with innovative solutions that only a full-service agency can offer.
  • Gather and utilize feedback from clients to enhance agency offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development from an agency perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple team engagements and service portfolios.
  • Experience with CRM software, KPI tracking, and effective pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear presentation to a diverse audience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building new client relationships within an agency setting.
