About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage and respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, and emails. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries efficiently.
- Assist customers with order-related issues, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and call handling.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
