We are hiring **English / Hindi Call Center Agents** to join our dynamic team for a **Domestic voice process**. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for global clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
✔ Resolve customer queries related to products/services.
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
✔ Meet performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
✔ Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
✔ **Excellent communication Skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory.**
✔ Basic computer knowledge & multitasking ability.
✔ Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
