**Role Description**
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing on-site customer support for residents of Your-space in New Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role that requires the Executive to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize customer service, and support sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service
- Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Sales force, Zendesk, Fresh desk added skills are preferable

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, and fluency in multiple languages

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
