With 3500+ headcount and a revenue size of 60-70 million USD, the company provides digital engineering solutions with expertise in Application Engineering, Cloud engineering Data and Analytics, Devops, Digital assurance and gaming. Location : Bangalore / Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: Heading sales of IT services / solutions to India geography Building sales pipeline and demand generation Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve company objectives across the Indian market. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Indian market, aligned with the company's global objectives. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive growth. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across various regions in India. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
