Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role located in Pune for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing customer onboarding. The representative will work closely with the Success and Support team to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via Ticketing tools, calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (preferably B2B/B2C).
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Passionate and resilient in driving results.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good to have: Knowledge of CRM tools, FSM, Freshdesk, or other ticketing systems.
