Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, is for an Assistant Manager NI (New Installation) Sales. The Assistant Manager NI Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Presentation and Negotiation: Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts effectively
- Team Collaboration: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the elevator and escalator industry is a plus
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
