We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Legal (Mumbai)

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Legal to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing legal matters, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handling legal cases and proceedings under Arbitration, SARFAESI, PASA, and NI Act


• Preparing and maintaining legal MIS, reports, and documentation


• Liaising with government departments and ensuring timely police station follow-ups

Requirements:


• Strong legal acumen in the above areas


• Excellent drafting, coordination, and reporting skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently


• Local candidates will be preferred
