Strong phone presence and experience dialing more no. of calls per day Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques. Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms such as Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
