Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should specialize in cold calling, possess excellent English communication skills with a clear accent, and have a proven track record in selling financial products. Experience with US and Canadian markets is a must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling Expertise: Actively engage in cold calling to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge: Utilize a deep understanding of the US and Canadian markets to tailor sales strategies.
  • Sales of Financial Products: Leverage experience in selling financial products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Employ a keen eye for detail in all aspects of sales processes and client interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Stay organized and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes. Excel and reporting skills are required.


Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Successful track record in a similar sales role, preferably in financial products.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Market Familiarity: Experience with the US and Canadian markets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer savvy with the ability to effectively utilize sales, reporting, and CRM software.
  • Educational Background: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
