Visdum is a leading SaaS Startup in the space of Sales Compensation designed specifically for SaaS businesses. Trusted by Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams worldwide, Visdum simplifies the design and automation of sales commission plans, no matter how complex they may be. We work top SaaS companies like Sirion, WebEngage, FarEye, and Haptik (Reliance - Jio) to optimize their sales commission programs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at Visdum in Noida. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, business development, and sales activities. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify new leads through emails, and , call and other social media outreach.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and educate them on how our SaaS solutions can address their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and prospecting activities in our CRM system.
- Create and Maintain Database of Prospects according to their Buyer Personas
- Extract relevant data and insights from our platforms like Apollo.io, or HubSpot
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
