The world is your oyster, and there are no limits to how much you can assist in expanding STEPS into one of the most profound and meaningful staffing firms out there. Working with the EVP of Sales will be a mutual partnership, where you’ll collaborate on all sales aspects, whether that be cold calling, scheduling, or assisting on meetings.
Role: Senior Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote-India – US Central Working Hours
Experience Required: 2+ years in Sales with IT Staffing & Recruitment Services background

- Experienced in Start-ups and Technology: You've thrived in the start-up environment and have a solid understanding of the technology and IT services landscape. This experience enables you to relate to our clients and their needs genuinely.
- Socially Skilled: Excellent social skills and awareness are part of your repertoire. You understand the nuances of building strong, professional relationships.
In This Role, You Will:
- Conduct sales outreach with the goal of setting meetings for the EVP of Sales.
- Navigate through technology services offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Work closely with our recruitment & leadership teams to understand the breadth and depth of our services.
- Participate in strategy sessions to enhance sales tactics and approach, leveraging our proprietary AI platform and methodologies for precise client-candidate alignment.
- Nice-to-have: Dynamics 365 Sales CRM
