Requirements and skills
Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer support role.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Fluent in the respective language.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Minimal bachelor’s degree of education with background of engineering, Technology, and computer science.
Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net / C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts and SQL.
