Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and provide ongoing support to effectively solve user issues.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the software development team to resolve issues promptly.
- Document cases and customer interactions using the issue tracking system.
- Contact service companies to initiate repair calls as needed.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Develop and maintain product expertise to effectively resolve user issues.
- Collaborate closely with other support and product team members to address user concerns.
- Participate in motion time studies and actively pursue methods of work simplification for efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Communicate with staff or clients to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Handle incoming requests from administrative customers and end-users professionally and promptly.
- Accurately prepare payrolls and timesheet information using prescribed departmental systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers with appropriate solutions.
- Mail issue reports daily/weekly to corresponding product managers.
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor's or Master degree can apply.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software or systems is a plus.
**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
