**Position Summary**:
Customer Support is responsible for processing orders and coordinating between the goods and services of other teams.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Processing orders
- Order entry with the creation of Sales order Acknowledgment, amendments
- Communicating Proforma Invoice to the customer for advance payment and other related activities
- Forecasting the shipment and communicating to the customer accordingly
- Responsible for Tracking and follow-up of activities from Order to Cash (especially in payment follow up and collections)
- Responsible for submission of ABG/PBG and Follow up
- Co-ordinating on the Inland logistics such as Dispatch, including legal compliance like road permit etc.
- Creation of Customer Code for new customers and Product reference list
- Communication of MIS reports like Sales Analysis, Customer product report, backlog, customer complaints, services etc. on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis as required.
- Co-ordinating with Channels supporting Sales Team
- Communicating the schedules and ensuring the delivery of the material.
- Registering, acknowledging, following-up and closure of Customer/Service Complaints
- Maintenance of Customer Complaint/Service register and follow-up of closure reports for customer/service complaints and reporting the open issues to the HOD.
- Working with Plant and Customer in sending FOC items to the customer
- Managing Customer related documents, including Test certificate, compliance certificates etc.
- Managing the Dashboards for the Business deliverables
- Able to work and control on product prices
- Tracking of Service, logistics, offer and customer complaints
- Working as an interface between Factory, Finance, Sales Team, Logistics and Customers.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Basic Qualification: M.B.A - Operations, Marketing, Finance or UG / PG in commerce & Maths
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing industry.
- 3-5 years of related on-the-job experience required.
- High responsiveness
- Able to manage well under pressure
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
