**Job Description**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and inquire about any feedback or concerns
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, billing inquiries, and any other related questions
- Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions
- Collaborate with the customer support team to identify trends and common issues, and provide feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and efficient support for our customers

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
