**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Booking counters Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Booking counters, ensuring it is fully functional and presentable.
- Ensure that all branding and signage are appropriately displayed and consistent with company standards.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Actively engage with Customers to promote REDTAXI services and products.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist potential customers with booking or service registration.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

**Field Marketing Support**:

- Execute field marketing strategies and campaigns at the booking counters.
- Distribute promotional materials, offers, and incentives to drive customer acquisition.
- Support the implementation of marketing events or activities at the counters.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or marketing, preferably any industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
