QualificationsEducational qualification -
A graduate degree in any Science stream along with MBA
Minimum work experience-
10-15 years of experience in sales & Marketing and at least 2 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager in pharma company in specific area of speciality
Skills & attributes –Technical Skills• In depth understanding of Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behaviour, competition.• Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict market demand and allocate resources effectively.• Knowledge in Pharma product/Technology.• Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.• Understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines.Behavioural Skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Have zeal to coach/ mentor.• Adept at problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.• Good at Building and leveraging relationship
