Qualifications:
Mandatory hand's ON experience in Service Now(SNOW).
Bachelor's degree in managementinformation systems Computer Science InformationTechnology
Business Administration or a relatedfield.
35 years of experience in a similar role with astrong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
Advancedproficiency in MS Excel including complex functions pivot tablesand macros.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Strong followup skills and attention todetail.
Basic understanding of database management andMIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)is a plus.
Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
Certification in MS Excel or data analysis.
