Summary:

We seek a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive new business opportunities for Expandus Business Coaching.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about business development, have a deep understanding of lead-generation tactics, and possess excellent communication skills to connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation Strategy:- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to attract potential clients from the software industry, focusing on founders and key decision-makers.- Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.

- Business Development:- Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs, presenting Expandus Business Coaching services, and scheduling discovery sessions with the appropriate Business Coach.- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective follow-ups, building trust, and offering insights into how our coaching can solve their pain points.

- Outreach and Communication:- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our coaching programs.- Handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next step in the sales funnel.

- Collaboration:- Work closely with the coaching team to ensure alignment between lead-generation efforts and the overall business strategy.- Collaborate with marketing to develop relevant content, such as case studies, LinkedIn Posts, and Newsletters that support outreach efforts and enhance lead nurturing.

- Data Management:- Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Snov.io) with accurate information on prospects, lead status, and follow-up activities.- Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.

- Business Research:- Stay updated on industry trends and client challenges to better position our services in the market.- Identify and explore potential new markets for expansion and growth.

Qualifications:

- Experience:- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT consulting or Services industry.

- Skills:- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Snov.io, Zoho, Instantly.ai) and marketing automation platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.- Ability to conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email, building relationships with prospects.- Familiarity with the software industry and key challenges founders face is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
