**Business Development Manager Position at OTS Solutions**

At OTS Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the sales of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to drive business growth and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud and digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales of Microsoft solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors) to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals, deliver demos, and present value-driven solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating expertise in Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process, from negotiations to finalizing contracts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in Microsoft technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide innovative solutions to clients.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Microsoft certifications are a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
