Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Sales & Delivery Head to spearhead our Domestic Staffing business. The ideal candidate will bring an exceptional mix of Sales Strategy, Delivery Excellence, and P&L Management expertise, with hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation for IT and Semiconductor clients. A solid background in product-based environments and transactional sales models is essential for this high-impact role.

Work Mode: 5 Days Working from Office

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

- Strategically identify, target, and acquire new clients in the IT and Semiconductor domains for staffing services.- Foster long-term client relationships by delivering tailored, high-quality staffing solutions.- Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.

Delivery Management

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of staffing projects, ensuring seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.- Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to maintain service excellence and adherence to timelines.- Monitor project performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with expectations.

P&L Management

- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss accountability for the Domestic Staffing division.- Optimize financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.- Implement scalable operational frameworks to enhance profitability and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Staff Augmentation industry, with a strong focus on Sales and Delivery.- Demonstrable experience working with IT and Semiconductor clients.- Expertise in product-based staffing models, transactional sales, and managing high-volume requirements.- Proven track record of P&L ownership, team leadership, and driving business growth.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong ability to build, manage, and nurture client relationships.- Comprehensive understanding of domestic staffing trends, challenges, and solutions.- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results.

Preferred Industry Exposure: IT Staffing and Recruitment

- Previous experience with organizations such as J2W, Magna, Artech, Collabera, Alchemy, Pyramid IT, or similar firms is highly desirable.
