**Role - Sales & Staff Augmentation**

**Job Description-**
- 6+ years of experience in **IT staffing business development**/Inside Sales with **Domestic Clients**:

- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Implementation Partner / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
- Making Cold Calls to generate Leads
- _**Expertise in Staff augmentation**_
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers at Clients
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Required Experience.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- Co ordinating with clients / employees on-site in regular intervals

**Desired Skills**
- Should have good overall understanding of end-to-end **IT Sales Staffing**:

- Excellent Sales & Delivery skills
- Flexible in work timings
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Must be proficient with Outlook, word and excel.

Work Mode - Hybrid

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
