Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Non - Voice) with excellent communication skills to join our growing support team at Pattabiram Tidel Park. The role involves providing voice support to customers and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience are welcome.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Any Graduate with proper certificates (All 6 or 8 semester marksheets/Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate)
Languages Required (Any one of the combinations):
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Tamil + English (Very excellent communication)
- Malayalam + English
- Kannada + English
- Hindi + English
