Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and employee development
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for employees
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
