About the Role

We are looking for a driven and seasoned Social Media & Content Manager with a deep understanding of Meta & LinkedIn platforms, a strong strategic mindset, and a flair for shaping lifestyle brands. You'll play a key role in planning and bring alive the digital strategy of the brands we work with to drive awareness, engagement, v and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute compelling
    social media campaigns
    across Social platforms (meta + linkedIn) to achieve brand imagery goals ( AIDA)
  • Create, manage and execute seamlessly
    monthly content calendars and campaigns
  • Manage daily posting, performance tracking, community interaction, and reporting
  • Work closely with internal design, strategy, and leadership teams, and coordinate with client stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas for brand films and campaign content from a social-first perspective
  • Monitor analytics and optimize content performance with agility
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and share insights for digital growth

What We're Looking For

  • Min 5 years of
    hands-on experience in social media and content strategy
    (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven success in managing
    LinkedIn and Meta (Instagram/Facebook)
    campaigns (organic + paid)
  • A strong sense of
    branding, tone, audience segmentation
    , and storytelling
  • Ability to turn brand briefs into content plans that drive performance
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and managing timelines smoothly
  • Strong command over
    content writing, visual direction
    , and
    campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms
  • Working knowledge of Canva, AI tools, or creative briefing tools
