We're not your typical marketing company—we value creativity, innovation, and growth-driven ideas. As we expand, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us elevate our online presence and amplify our clients' voices across platforms.

About the Role

This is not a position for someone who simply follows instructions. We're looking for a creative, independent thinker who can bring ideas, strategies, and execution to the table. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content, trends, and results—and will play a key role in helping our agency and clients scale.

Responsibilities


• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different brands


• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.)


• Research and implement relevant hashtags & trends for maximum reach


• Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts and campaigns


• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements


• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas


• Stay up to date with industry trends, platforms, and tools

Qualifications


• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies


• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms


• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)


• Excellent writing and editing skills


• Ability to work independently and contribute fresh ideas


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Portfolio or samples of previous work are required
