Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT sales, website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the PST shift (9 AM PST to 6 PM PST) and be available for 6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements.
Work closely with the project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in IT sales, website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics is a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in the PST shift and on weekends as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
