Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in lead generation and sales strategy, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a key
member of our sales team, the BDE will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including online research, networking, and referrals.
2) Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions and tailor them to specific client needs. Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
3) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, and provide customized solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.
4) Communication Skills:
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to the sales closing process. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients.
5) Sales Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in IT sales (1 to
3 years).
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
