Work Schedule: 6 days/Week (Sunday-WFH, Tuesday OFF)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential candidates/students, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Who We Are
We are a bootstrap edtech startup, we provide career oriented programs to the students and provide them with the placement opportunities, matching them with the available jobs in the Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Student Enrollment to our programs and courses.
Counselling of students and become a partner in their career journey.
Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication
Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students
Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions and explain course details,
Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
Ensure CRM is up to date.
Ensure smooth student onboarding and program participation
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for business purposes
Preference - Immediate Joiner
Most Important - You must be Self Driven, being a startup we dont have managers to drive you
