Job Profile:Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and generate new businessSupport partners in achieving sales targets and improving market penetration.Act as a point of contact for all channel-related issues and concerns.Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.Assist channel partners with sales strategies and product knowledge to drive sales.Provide pricing, promotional materials and product updates on sales performanceCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.Track inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.Assist in managing distribution logistics for smooth product flow.Handle inquiries and issues related to products, delivery, and pricing.Gather market intelligence and feedback from channel partners.Understand trends and challenges and analyze competitor activities.Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and channel partner performance.Organize training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.Provide ongoing coaching and support to help partners meet their objectives.Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, pricing, and communications.
