- Presales activities for Video Surveillance & Video Analytics opportunities in Government segment such as PSUs, Paramilitary Forces, Highways, Indian Railways, and Urban Mobility (Metro, RRTS) including but not limited to:
- Study of Government RFPs.
- Alignment with Technical teams of OEMs for Product Compliances
- Own the solution end-to-end
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and propose customized solutions in Video surveillance domain.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of RFPs, extract key requirements, and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to design comprehensive and compliant solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition and technical capabilities of our surveillance solutions for PSU projects.
- Create and maintain a repository of technical and commercial collaterals specific to Government/ PSU RFP requirements, including presentations, proposals, case studies, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and maintain a POC approach document, clearly defining deliverables. At the end of each POC, create a repository of the POC document.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience (8+ years) in presales or sales engineering roles within surveillance domain. Knowledge of PSU projects and RFP engagements.
- Strong technical background in Video Surveillance, video analytics, ITMS Projects.
- Solid understanding of industry standards, protocols, and technologies used in surveillance systems, such as IP cameras, video management systems (VMS), access control systems, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for customer visits, industry events, and PSU project meetings
